These glowing green vesuvianite stones are prong set with open backs, so the light can really highlight the beauty of lovely green these stones. The green goes perfectly with the cast fern fronds and these are both set inside some big 'ol hoops. Even though the hoops are pretty big (2" long x 1-3/4" wide), they are not very heavy (the pair weighs less than 0.5 ounces). The big hoops swing and sway from the ear wires on these as you move - so the light can play off and through the beautiful stones and brings attention to the natural details of the cast ferns. 
 
Vesuvianite was first found near the Mount Vesuvius in Italy. This stone is said to help the wearer to release their anger and balance their emotions.
