A faceted vesuvianite stone is bezel-set in sterling silver upon a band cast from a twig and combined with a cast acorn cap.  The interplay between the sparkly stone and the cup of the acorn cap makes for a unique statement piece.  The acorn cap was one of those botanicals that arrived in a sweet little box in the mail from a fellow jeweler.  She thought they would be perfect for casting and they are.  I love it when my friends and customers see something and think of me.  I like to think that I help people slow down and see the details in the natural world.  Size 9.
