Truly a statement piece. This cast orchid is a natural wonder. I fail more than I succeed when trying to cast orchids. This one is a beauty. To do it justice, I poured a lot of time and energy into this one. Raw rubies add a earthy feel and the 22" hand-made chain featuring a multitude of textured shapes and connections require some examination time to fully take in what is going on here. The raw rubies on the chain are bezel/prong set that are open on both sides to allow some light to pass through - or so no matter how it hangs on you, they will be showing off their color.
