I am just going to say it, these cast pods are some of my very best botanical castings. Part of me really wishes I knew what they were - but I am getting more okay with the unknowing; just appreciating them for their rich and intricate forms. When I saw these cast pods line up above that raw ruby on the bench- I knew they looked right together. The textured shapes above draw attention to the cast botanicals and ruby and provide attachments for the 18" chain with a large lobster clasp and cast seed pod dangle. This is one of those statement pieces I am going to be sad to let go of.
