A beautiful cotoneaster sprig is cast in sterling silver and hangs from a handmade hoop. The earrings are finished with sterling ear wires.

Despite the delicate appearance of their tiny leaves, cotoneasters are incredibly hardy plants that play an important role in the ecosystem. They feed bees at times when there is little else for them to eat. Hummingbirds also love cotoneaster.
