Flax pods are cast in sterling silver and hang from handmade hinges.

Phormium is plentiful in southern climates. I found these flax pods in my friend’s garden in San Diego and brought them home to cast. The little knobs at the edge of each branch are striking and fun to touch. These earrings always look like they are dancing.
